A few years ago, the instrument was completely dismantled and thoroughly cleaned by a specialist company. The hammers were replaced with hard rubber ones. The string supports were cleaned and readjusted. The keyboard was cleaned and polished. The instrument was tuned to 440 Hz.
It plays wonderfully and is fully functional, but has only been used occasionally at home in recent years. The lid was recently re-covered with Tolex. The legs visible in the pictures were purchased separately. Naturally, the instrument shows some signs of use.
