Vintage, my mom wore them in the 1970s :) Blue and white striped cotton shorts with elastic waistband and white trim. Made in France, 100% cotton. Lightweight casual fit in good condition. It says size 40 but i habe a 38-40 and they‘re too small so they‘re around an S/36.
