Black mini skirt with wide belt and silver buckle. Made from smooth woven fabric, with fitted waist and short A-line cut. Basically new as it's never been worn, but tags are missing. Measurements are as provided or seen in the picture, and when I say it's a mini skirt, it's a *mini* skirt (has shorts though so it doesn't ride up at all).
