All buttons are still fully functional, the display intact and the touchscreen responds well. The console is used and has some scratches on the outer sides. The original stylus is no longer with the console. 

Where the console has problems is when inserting DS cards, it reads them somewhat difficultly and you have to press properly for the cards to go in, however the problem is minor and more of an inconvenience.
