- Push back your cuticles
- File the surface of your nails 
- De-grease them with the alcohol wipe 
- Stick on your press on nails (either with glue or gel pads)

Press on nails can be reused infinitely if stuck with gel pads. Tip if you choose this method: once the gel pads are placed on your nails, heat them with a hair dryer just before applying the press on nails.
