table of sizes:
S : 15,11,12,11,9 mm
M : 16,12,13,12,10 mm
L : 17,13,14,13,11 mm

If you’re between 2 sizes, take the bigger one and file afterwards.

- Push back your cuticles
- File the surface of your nails 
- Degrease them with the alcohol wipe 
- Stick on your press ons (either with glue or gel pads)

Press ons can be reused endlessly if they’re stuck on with gel pads. A tip if you choose this method: once the gel pads are placed on your nails, heat them with a hair dryer just before applying the press ons.
