- File the surface of your nails 
- Degrease them with the alcohol wipe 
- Stick on your press on nails (either with glue or with gel pads)

Press on nails are infinitely reusable if glued with gel pads. A tip if you choose this method: once the gel pads are placed on your nails, heat them with a hair dryer just before applying the press on nails.
