guide to sizes :
S : 15,11,12,11,9 mm
M : 16,12,13,12,10 mm
L : 17,13,14,13,11 mm

If you’re between 2 sizes, take the bigger one and file afterwards.

- Push back your cuticles
- File the surface of your nails 
- Degrease them with the alcohol wipe 
- Stick on your press on (as you like with the glue or the gel pads)

Press on nails can be used infinitely again if they’re stuck on with the gel pads. Tip if you choose this method: once the gel pads are placed on your nails, warm them up with a hair dryer just before applying the press on nails.
