If you are between 2 sizes, take the larger one and file down afterwards.

- Push back your cuticles
- File the surface of your nails 
- Degrease them with the alcohol wipe 
- Glue your press ons (your choice with glue or gel pads)

Press ons can be reused infinitely if glued with gel pads. A tip if you choose this method: once the gel pads are placed on your nails, heat them with a hair dryer just before applying the press ons.
