- File the surface of your nails 
- Degrease with the alcohol wipe 
- Stick your press on (either with glue or with gel pads)

Press on nails are infinitely reusable if they are stuck on with the gel pads. A tip if you choose this method: once the gel pads are placed on your nails, heat them with a hair dryer just before applying the press on.
