These headphones have barely been a year old when the noise cancelling stopped working, I haven‘t used them since.
I purchased them on October 14th 2024 and despite the defect noise cancelling, they are still in great condition, the sound is flawless and they look good still! But I had to exchange the ear cushions recently and I‘m not sure if I did a good job, that might be the reason why the noise cancelling isn‘t working great anymore, so if you wanna retry, you might be able to fix the noise cancelling! Or you could repair them / let them be repaired.
I simply didn‘t have the time or energy to go get them looked at, I‘m autistic and need headphones to leave the house at all, so I immediately ordered new ones when the NC function stopped working on these ones, that is the most important part to me ! But I know for many people noise cancelling isn‘t that important and they care more about the sound, that‘s why I think these headphones can make another person very happy since the sound still works wonderfully and they are just 1 year old at this point!
