A trendy Y2K chocolate brown midi skirt with fitted waist, flared ruffle hem, and curved panel seams. The skirt has a side zipper and a flowing silhouette. Fabric label is missing, but is definitely cotton. It is in very good overall condition, with one small repair to the zipper area (as shown in the last pic).
