Splendid cobalt blue vintage pencil skirt with a tailored silhouette, very elegant. Has a waistband with belt loops, diagonal pockets, rear slit and zip closure, and decorative seam detailing. Fabric is a stiff cotton and is fully lined. The skirt is in excellent vintage condition, with no visible brand.
