Book about hypermobility and how to exercice safely with it. Good recommandation for people with Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, Hypermobility spectrum disorder, or other type of connective tissues disorders. 

The cover is a tiny little damage from normal usage. The book has pictures in colour to illustrate the movements and exercices.

The book is in english and written by trained professionnals.

As an EDS nerd, and having researched the topic a lot, I think it's a good book with sensible recommandations to start PT safely when you have symptomatic hypermobility and chronic pain.
