The book is written with a big typo. It shares some basic informations about EDS (the 13 different types, main symptoms and comorbidities, ways to treat the conditions, etc.). It has suggestions of diets and food that could be helpful for some EDS patients since many of them have GI issues and food intolerances, and PT recommandations. This book might be useful for someone who doesn't know much about the condition and would like some basic knowledge, but not much for someone who already did some research.
