The book has some typing errors. It shares basic informations on EDS (the 13 different subtypes, main symptoms and comorbidities, how to treat the condition, etc.) It suggests different food and diet that could help some EDS patients living with gastro-intestinal issues and food intolerance, as well as PT recommandations.  A useful book for someone knowing next to nothing from this condition, but it won't help someone who is used to make research about it.
