Ankle Straps – foot straps & ankle straps for cable machines

The Gym Generation ankle straps are padded foot straps made from a cotton-neoprene blend (80% cotton, 20% neoprene) for leg and glute training on cable machines. 

The approximately 8 cm wide, 20 cm long and 6 mm padded cuff is placed around the ankle. Attach the sturdy metal D-ring to the cable tower and perform targeted exercises such as glute kickbacks, abductions and leg extensions. Softly padded, does not dig in, with a wide hook-and-loop fastening. 

One size, fits any cable machine. Supplied as a pair.
