It was a basic white T-shirt to which I cut and sewed on the new collar, created a fitted effect around the waist and sewed buttons along the front of the collar✨
The seams are therefore imperfect, but this is not really visible (see photos). 
There is no brand, and I estimate it to be a size S. 
Worn only ~2 times, good condition.
