They have several practical pockets, a button fastening and a straight cut. 
Rather low waist. 
They can also be adjusted at the back on both sides with 2 buttons to make them wider or narrower (see photo 4). 
EU size 42 but corresponds to a smaller size (only just too large for me in size 36).
