Here I’m selling my extensive fitness set for the perfect workout at home. The set provides everything you need for an effective full-body workout – from a versatile dumbbell bench to various attachments, all the way to a large selection of weights.
Dumbbell bench & basic equipment:
Sturdy dumbbell bench with barbell rack.
Including practical attachments: biceps curl platform for isolated arm training and leg extension attachment (Leg Extensions) for leg training.
Barbell bar (insert: 30 mm – standard size).
