Black Thermaltake computer case with transparent left side panel and top panel (plastic), front USB and audio ports (microphone and headphones), 5 installed  Thermaltake fans, wiring included, a PCIe x16 mount so the GPU stays vertical (my GPU was running on PCIe Gen3 at x16 speed as well on the mount).
