For sale: an exceptional, heavy lidded canister by the Japanese artist Tsukiyoshi Suga from Takaoka, Japan—a traditional hub of Japanese metal art.

The canister is made from solid metal casting and impresses with its elaborate details featuring maritime motifs as well as a snail figurine on the lid. The lid is removable, making the canister ideal for storing jewellery, small valuables, or as a decorative collectible.
