Cashmere coat by Max Mara with concealed button placket and beautiful craftsmanship. 

Has been worn a few times but is well cared for and still in good condition.

However, I wear a S/M on top and it fit me great, a bit loose fit or perfect if you sometimes wear a thick sweater underneath.
