Beautiful floral midi silk summer skirt with front ruffles. Brand is Arturo Nucci. Handmade in Italy. Vintage from the 80s. NOT elastic waist. Two lateral pockets and back zip closure.

100% silk seide soie seta. Lining 100% acetate
