After completing an apprenticeship as a dispensing chemist, Marianne Kaltenbach (1921& / #8211 / 2005) became Switzerland’s most famous cookbook author. Virginia Cerbolini was a member of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina and a friend of Marianne Kaltenbach.
