The shade of the Robin light by designers Rolf Indermühle, Mattias Mohr and Magnus Zwyssig (ZMIK Spatial Design) is folded from a single piece of aluminium composite. The ceiling lamp was first presented at Blickfang 2010 in Basel. (There is an article in the NZZ dated 19.11.2010 about the ceiling lamp and the designers)

The ceiling lamp comes with a 1.80 metre cable and there is a toggle switch at the E27 socket. Thanks to the folding technique of the aluminium composite, the holder with the socket can be detached from the plug-in system of the shade and the shade can be stored almost completely flat.
