For sale, a superb alpine animal sculpture depicting a rearing ibex. 

A magnificent local find to be seized.

• Artist: Charles REUSSNER (1886–1961), renowned Neuchâtel sculptor, famous for his refined animal representations.

• Signature: Engraved on the back of the animal’s leg («Reussner»).

• Foundry / Edition: Bears its original gold label «Travail Artisanal - DR Fonderie» (art foundry managed by Roger Ducommun). A guarantee of complete authenticity and high-quality Swiss craftsmanship.

• Base: Firmly mounted on its original rough natural stream pebble, typical of the artist’s work to imitate the ibex’s natural habitat.

• Condition: Excellent state of preservation. Very beautiful original patina, no modifications.
Ideal for lovers of Swiss art, Neuchâtel regional heritage or refined alpine decoration.

• Dimensions: height including base: 33 cm, height of bronze: 23 cm
