For sale, a superb alpine animal sculpture depicting a rearing ibex. 

A magnificent local find to acquire.

• Artist: Charles REUSSNER (1886-1961), renowned Neuchâtel sculptor, famous for his refined animal representations.

• Signature: Engraved into the back of the animal's leg (« Reussner »).

• Foundry / Edition: Bears its original golden label « Travail Artisanal - DR Fonderie » (art foundry managed by Roger Ducommun). A guarantee of complete authenticity and high-quality Swiss craftsmanship.

• Base: Firmly attached to its original rough-stone stream pebble, typical of the artist's work to imitate the ibex's natural habitat.

• Condition: Excellent state of preservation. Very beautiful original patina, no alterations.
Ideal for enthusiasts of Swiss art, Neuchâtel regional heritage or refined alpine decoration.

• Dimensions: height with base: 33cm, height of bronze: 23cm
