Beautiful vintage Y2K-style necklace, with an elegant Y-shaped structure and a large central heart entirely decorated with sparkling rhinestones.
Two thin snake chains descend from the heart, ending in small hearts with crystal, a very distinctive detail that adds movement and light when worn.
