Thanks to the supplied wok attachment you can use the high temperatures in the centre for e.g. meat skewers.

For the right embers fill the fire basket with enough wood.

Additionally the barrel grill can be used well as a fire barrel. Without the plancha plate you roast marshmallows or stick bread over an open fire. You regulate the heat conveniently with the adjustable ventilation – simply open or close.
