There was a virus on the device which has now been removed. You may need to download Acer NitroSense from the internet. In addition, it still occasionally crashes due to a driver error (Windows reset not yet performed; that may fix the error). I recommend taking it in for repair. It doesn't cost much, and in the end with a replaced SSD you would own a 1,250 franc gaming laptop for roughly plus/minus 200 francs in total.
