Long semi-opaque cream-colored skirt with an elasticated waistband. It is meant to be worn under another skirt to help against bunching of the fabric and add some volume, but it can also be worn on its own.
Features two bands to hang up on a coat hanger.
It was sewn by my mother :) therefore it has no tag.

I would only purchase this if you intend to wear it under a skirt made out of natural fiber, since it generates static and sticks when worn under a polyester skirt.
