I bought it second hand from Michelle Tamar, but I could never wear it because it didn't fit me. 
It fits M but also S, then it sits a bit looser.
You can tie it behind the neck as desired and it is backless except for the cute clasp, which makes the dress sit better ;)
It has 2 layers of fabric. 🫐💙🧚‍♂️
