I bought it second hand from Michelle Tamar, but I could never wear it because it didn’t fit me. 
It fits a size M but also a size S, then it sits a bit looser.
You can tie it behind the neck however you like and it’s backless except for the cute closure, which helps the dress sit better ;) 
It has 2 layers of fabric. 🫐💙🧚‍♂️
