Dress: 
As a dress down to above the knees. The elastic sits well across the chest and does not slip. The two sewn-in ties with cotton tassels can be tied as a halterneck or knotted under the bust. 

Skirt: 
Lowrise it accentuates the gluteus maximus. Can also be worn highrise above the navel. 

The cotton tassels are a bit felted from washing. With a little patience you can probably make them look better again.
