Magnificent and very rare RUSSY by JUDARI boots, Made in Italy, purchased at the time from Bongénie Grieder in Geneva for CHF 530 — original label still present.  Russy is a footwear line by the Italian house Judari, known in particular for its creations inspired by valenki, the traditional Russian felt boots worn to withstand extreme cold. The brand offered particularly original fashion reinterpretations of them, with some collections produced in very limited series.  This pair is a magnificent example: tall light grey boots (Grigio Chiaro), entirely adorned with hundreds of small metal studs forming geometric patterns, with a superb silhouette and an integrated wedge heel.
