Zebra culotte pants. 
Waist band with flowing 7/8 pants, look like a skirt. 
Size 'S' but fits very loose on me, more like a 38/40. 
Some signs of wear around the waistband (see photos). I've sewn them up but one is slightly gaping. Easy fix with some black thread.
