Light blue dress made of soft, flowing fabric with a gathered neckline and sleeveless cut. Loosely falling fit, with fine pleats at the front. Not worn very often. It has a bow on the shoulder. In a small area at the hem/seam area, a bit of fabric has come loose. But it would probably be easy to repair.
