What are TMR joysticks?

TMR technology is the very latest generation of magnetic joysticks for controllers.
Zero Stick Drift: Unlike original joysticks, TMRs use no physical contact to measure movements. They do not wear out and will never drift.
TMR vs Original (Potentiometers): Original sticks work through mechanical friction. They wear out quickly, collect dirt and eventually start drifting. TMR sticks completely eliminate this problem through magnetism.
