How to make sure the shoe fits
Your foot length (measured while standing from the tip of the toes to the outermost point of the heel) should be approx. 1 to 2 cm shorter than the specified insole length. For very pointed shoes (e.g. cowboy boots), allow between 1.5 and 2.5 cm, and for close-fitting shoes (e.g. loafers or ballet flats), 0.5 to 1.5 cm.
