How to make sure the shoe fits
Your foot length (standing, measured from the tip of your toes to the outermost point of the heel) should be about 1 to 2 cm smaller than the stated insole length. For very pointy shoes (e.g. cowboy boots) between 1.5 and 2.5 cm, and for fitted shoes (e.g. loafers or ballet flats) 0.5 to 1.5 cm.
