Glitter globe that has been emptied because the water no longer looked clean. 
Can be refilled and filled with glitter colour/shape of your choice. 
How about a lighthouse in the snow with sequins? 
Or blue glitter to represent the spray of the wild sea?

The lighthouse is glued firmly to the rubber stopper that can close the glass globe. 

On the upper edge of the base, at the rim by the glass globe, some blue paint has come off.
