Elegant strapless dress in a vibrant blue with a shiny ornamental pattern. The top is smocked and figure-hugging, while the skirt falls slightly flared. Visibly worn, but overall in good condition. The dress is from Sri Lanka. I wore it as a small child; back then, it reached down to the floor. I’m now 15 and it still fits me as a miniskirt/dress. The top part is very elastic.
