This out-of-print masterpiece has been reissued in an equally elegant and refined presentation as «Aus Frankreichs Küchen» and the standard work «Aus Schweizer Küchen». Finally, the Kaltenbach trilogy is complete. New in this edition: Philipp Schwander, Master of Wine, on the rise of Italian viticulture. After completing an apprenticeship as a dispensing chemist, Marianne Kaltenbach (1921& / #8211 / 2005) became Switzerland’s most famous cookbook author. Virginia Cerbolini was a member of the Accademia Italiana della Cucina and a friend of Marianne Kaltenbach.
