Retro ski pants with many practical pockets as well as ventilation slits. 
A small stain at the front and at the back. Visible in the photos. At the bottom by the feet there are signs of wear in the form of small tears.
Otherwise they are still in good condition, all zips and Velcro fastenings look new. And they are also still completely waterproof.
