I own a Hercules Robert 7 e-bike (Bosch motor, year 2019, new price CHF 2’500.–). It works perfectly technically, but there are minor defects that are repairable (e.g. front mudguard, chain guard, brake adjustment).

• Front and rear brakes need readjustment
• Brake pads likely worn
• Motor runs well, but probably not at 100% anymore
• Tyres should be replaced at some point

All in all these are not expensive but necessary repairs. I was satisfied with it, but now want to sell the e-bike because I use it too little. I am convinced it can be made into a solid second‑hand e-bike again.
