A very beautiful 18K yellow gold ring with a sapphire gemstone. The sapphire has a diameter of approximately 4.2mm. It is set all around with 8 brilliant-cut diamonds, each approximately 1.8mm in diameter. Total weight approximately 0.20 carats. Ring size is 53. There is a 750 stamp on the back, but only visible with a magnifying glass.
