Water kefir grains, for making fermented drinks with sugar water, dried fruits and lemon, are rich in probiotics and various nutrients. They can have positive effects on digestion, the immune system and overall health.

Included in delivery:
Water kefir grains, for a 500 ml batch.

Note:
After shipping, the kefir grains may need 1–2 batches to get used to it.
