Evolve is a unique asymmetric multiplayer shooter, developed by the creators of Left 4 Dead (Turtle Rock Studios).

The game concept is an intense 4‑vs‑1 duel on a hostile alien planet called Shear.

The Hunters (four players):
These players act from a first‑person perspective and form a team of four specialized classes:

Assault:
Deals the most damage.

Medic:
Keeps the team alive.

Support:
Provides shields or air strikes.

Trapper:
Tracks the monster and can temporarily restrain it (e.g. with harpoon traps or a mobile arena).

Teamwork is crucial for the Hunters, otherwise they are quickly overwhelmed by the monster.

The Monster (one player):
This player controls the massive alien monster from a third‑person perspective. The monster’s goal is to survive, grow stronger and either eliminate the Hunters or destroy a secondary objective on the map.
