The Playmobil set with number 3356 is the "child with handcart" from the 1980s. It is considered a rarity...

The set consists of a child figure with sand toys (bucket and shovel) and a small yellow handcart.

It was released in the 80s, with various versions and combinations in larger sets.

Appears complete, however the boy does not quite match, but is also from that era (I might still find the correct one)

The Playmobil was assembled based on the cover of the original packaging.

According to photo incl. front of the original packaging punched from a binder.
 
Condition assessment:   
Considering the age, good. Only the boy was often played with 😊
