This is a remote-controlled toy tank T-62 by the brand Anker Spielzeug from the GDR era.

Such models, often made by Anker or Piko, were typically produced in the 1960s and 1970s.

About the soldiers (last picture):
These plastic soldier figures originate from the former GDR and depict soldiers of the National People’s Army (NVA). They were usually made of soft PVC or rubber and were popular military toys in the 1970s and 1980s.

IMPORTANT:
The wired remote control did not work during my test, unfortunately I am completely technically inept and therefore cannot fix it.
