Vintage long-sleeved jacket with a light pink and black checked pattern, black lining and decorative silver Versace buttons, but it is not a Versace item. I think the buttons have been replaced. 

The jacket (blazer) is quite short; I would say it reaches the waist. 
Made in Italy, therefore Italian sizing.
