It has a slit on each side at the bottom 

With a slightly pleated fit, it’s very fluid and light for the season. Good condition. 
It looks very nice when worn, but unfortunately the neckline is still too big for me. 
Otherwise, it can be tightened with the belt and can fit from size S to L.
